OUR PROGRAMS

Most of our programs are run on an Open Gym schedule, which means athletes can come at any time during the open hours that work for them. Intro classes and clinics are run at specific times and require registration. Pricing packages can be found here.

Intro to RJL

This is a free trial class for anyone wanting to give RJL a test drive before joining. These classes are appropriate for anyone of any fitness level. Pre-registration is required.

burn

RJL Burn

These are great, boot camp-style workouts that are appropriate for any RJL member. No barbells are used in Burn workouts, but be prepared to sweat and work hard! New Members start with RJL Burn workouts, and once they’ve mastered their weightlifting skills, are cleared for RJL CrossFit workouts. There is a new Workout of the Day each day.

RJL Burn highlights:

  • HIIT workouts (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • No barbells or heavy weights.
  • For everyone. No experience required.
  • Individualized coaching.
  • No set “class times”. Come any time during open “RJL Burn” windows.

RJL CrossFit

These workouts are more typical of what you’ll find in traditional CrossFit gyms. Olympic lifting skills are required (deadlift, cleans, press, etc.). There is a new Workout of the Day each day.

RJL CrossFit highlights:

  • Increase strength
  • Increase athleticism
  • Individualized coaching
  • No set “class times”. Come any time during open “RJL CrossFit” windows.

RJL Teens

We offer two programs specifically for teens: Teen Strength Hour and Teen WOD Hour. Choose to workout 1, 2, 3 or 4 times per week by signing up for a Student Membership. Teen members are also allowed to workout during any Open RJL session.

Teen Strength highlights:

  • Learn proper lifting technique
  • Increase lifting proficiency

Teen WOD (workout of the day) Hour highlights:

  • Increase strength
  • Increase athleticism

RJL Kids

For kids approximately 8 to 12 years of age, offered during the school year (no summer sessions). These are fun, age appropriate workouts that build strength, conditioning and athletic confidence. Choose to workout 1, 2, 3 or 4 times per week by signing up for a Student Membership.

RJL Kids Highlights:

  • Improve overall conditioning

RJL Lifting Clinics

We offer Olympic lifting clinics each week for New Members who want to learn the lifts needed to be cleared for RJL CrossFit, as well as any existing members who want to work on their form. Pre-Registration for the clinics is required.
