  • What if I am new to exercise or haven’t exercised in along time?
  • Great! You will see results faster than most. Your energy level will jump and you will be excited with all the NEW knowledge you will be learning.

  • What if I am out of shape and don’t think I can keep up?
  • There is no one to keep up with! Everyone learns and trains at their own individual pace. You will work closely with your coach to learn the most basic of skills and then taught new skills when you are ready.

  • What if I am just too busy to exercise and cannot make appointments?
  • No Problem! Our hours are easy for anyone to work with. We do not require appointments – Come in when you can and leave when you must.

  • I have tried weight loss before. I don’t have ‘good genes’. Why will this be any different?
  • If you don’t train differently, it won’t be any different! – You’ve never tried our approach you’ve never followed our program. Follow our program and watch the change happen.

  • What will I do at Run jump Lift?
  • At Run Jump Lift you will learn many skills – some new and some old. You will get a better understanding once you’ve tried our FREE intro.

  • How do we train at Run Jump Lift?

  • We prepare our athletes to better perform their tasks.
    We prepare our athletes to be better at Life. – Whatever that may be (Tennis – Golf – Walking – Paddle – Snowboarding – Frisbee – Unload Groceries – Play with your Children)
    Everything we do is FUNCTIONAL. You have probably heard that word associated with exercise many times. It s a BUZZ word like ‘Boot Camp’. The test of a functional exercise is the application of the exercise. Is the exercise going to help you DO something? Functional exercise, Functional movements prepare the athlete to better perform a task. Again, everything we do is Functional!!

  • How hard will I train?

  • As hard as you want. Once an athlete has reached a higher level of Fitness, that athlete will train with great intensity. Our workouts are scaled to the athlete’s specific level of fitness. Three folks with varying degrees of Fitness can train along side one another doing the very same workout (varying movements and weights). They will probably finish at different times use different weights and some of the moves will vary in the form, but each will work with the same degree of intensity relative to their individual level of Fitness.
    The winner of the NYC Marathon ran with the same degree of intensity as the person finishing an hour behind. This is provided each gave all they had. At Run Jump Lift you are competing with yourself. The goal of this competition is to improve on your last performance.
