Up Dog/Down Dog 12x – holding each for 1-3 breaths
Pass Thrus 16x – use a broom handle or rope
Kick Series 10x each wayCool Down

Dancing Warrior: 4 times each side holding each pose for 10, 15, 20 & 15 secs
