AWAKEN THE ATHLETE INSIDE YOU

We are unlike any gym you’ll find in the area, and we’d love for you to train with us! Our workouts are based on functional movements our human bodies were built for: running, lifting, pushing and pulling. Each day we program different combinations of these movements into Workouts of the Day. Our WODs are always varied, always changing and always produce amazing results. We encourage all our athletes to log every workout to mark their progress. This is not a place you plateau; this is a place you break through.

 

NOT JUST A CROSSFIT GYM

If you’re intimidated by the word CrossFit, don’t be. While our staple is traditional, CrossFit-type workouts, we offer much more and design our programming to be accessible to all levels of fitness and ability. We meet every athlete where they are, and help them progress at their own pace. We have members of all ages, shapes and sizes and wouldn’t have it any other way.

 

READY TO JOIN?

If you know you’re ready to start, simply sign up for a monthly membership of your choice and come to any Open RJL Burn Session. Once cleared by a coach, you can attend all Open RJL Sessions, including CrossFit. Not sure if RJL is right for you? Attend one of our Free Intro Classes, held weekly!
